Yin Yoga (All Levels):
Poses held for longer durations. Gently opens deeper connective tissues. Frees more space for joints to gain greater ranges of motion. Creates balance in one's life and body. Soothes. Calms. Engages the body and mind to open in deeper ways. Can be done by everyone. Props are offered when a pose is a bit challenging. Enhances the yang styles of yoga. Meditative yet challenges you to rest in the breath that guides you to further growth and inner peace.

Prenatal Yoga (All Levels):
Breath, mind, and body. Increases both enjoyment of present moment and ability to work with your body during labor and childbirth. Cultivates joy and ease as you connect with your body and your baby! Increases comfort during pregnancy. Improves sleep. Boosts mood. Decreases back pain. Combats fatigue, backache, digestive disorders, and headaches. Leads to a quicker and less painful labor. Enables a speedier postpartum recovery.

Empowering Yoga (All Levels):
Blend of cardio, strengthening, and toning, in a heated room. Includes mix of vinyasa (flowing while matching movements to breath) and longer challenging holds in poses. Multi-level class, with both modifications and amplifications suggested throughout.

Art of Yin and Yang Yoga (All Levels):
As developed by Master Paulie Zink. Combines both longer stays in postures and also flowing into and out of poses with fluidity and ease. Observes embodiment of the five elements (Earth, Metal,Water, Wood and Fire). Playful movement inspired by animals — more free and with far less thought. Encourages being in harmony with the rhythm and flow of nature, which is the essence of the Taoist attitude. Playful. Fun. Freeing.
